Moutet ousts Gaston
Top seed Hugo Gaston of France met fellow Frenchman Corentin Moutet in another marathon match lastin 2h 37 min.
Gaston started best and cruised to a 6-2 first set lead and the players accompanied each other to 4-4 in the second set where Moutet could break to 5-4 and served for the set and managed to claim it on the third set point attempt.
the 7:th game in the third set Gaston saved 5 break points but on the 6:th Moutet managed to claim the very impoortant game of the set and managed to seal the match 2-6 6-4 6-4.
Former Junior world No 1 Alexander Blockx, of Belgium, turned his match around against fellow qualifier Maximilian Neuchrist of Austria. Neuchrist looked comfortable taking the first 6-3 but lost momentum in the second and Blockx claimed it 6-1 in 27 mins.
The third had to be decided in a tie-break where Blockx got the important mini-break and served for the match at 6-3. Final score 2-6 6-1 7-6³.
